Kinas myndigheter har erkänt och iakttagit experters oro beträffande det enorma likviditetsflödet som resulterat i en allmän osäkerhet beträffande stabiliteten på fastighetsmarknaden, skriver CRI. Enligt People's Daily och China.org.com har den kinesiska administrationen nu beslutit sig för att implementera ytterligare monitoreringsåtgärder på marknaden i fråga.
Enligt den Hong-Kong baserade China Briefing kan den lukrativa kinesiska exportverksamheten härledas till manipulation, The Economist tillbakavisar i sin tur utsagan.
