De två mötena inleds

En sista ansträngning för en meningsfull klimatförändringspakt

Förväntningarna på att förhindra klimatförändringen blev inte uppfyllda efter ett besviket utfall vid FN:s klimattoppmöte i Köpenhamn förra året. Kina, den största producenten av växthusgaser, var av tydliga skäl i rampljuset under mötet. Är Kina villig att bekämpa klimatförändringen även efter mötet i Köpenhamn?

Kina menar allvar i Vancouver

Kina och USA - ett stabilt förhållande?

Förhållandet mellan Kina och USA kan närmast beskrivas som en berg- och dalbana. Nu verkar det som om de senaste två incidenterna kommer ytterligare att försvåra samarbetet mellan stormakterna. Är ett framtida harmoniskt förhållande endast en politisk utopi?
